This software works on all editions of Windows XP and Windows Vista, with or without Service Packs, and also on most versions of Windows 2000.

If you are using Windows Vista, please make sure that you run our program with full Administrator rights (otherwise the program might not start):

• So please make sure you are logged into a user account that has Administrator rights
• Also, you need to right click the program shortcut and select Run as administrator. Then start the application, it should work fine.

Only for Windows 2000 users: you'll need at least Service Pack 3 and Internet Explorer 5.5, otherwise the installation won't work, unless you manually install .NET Framework 2.0 first, which will allow our software to install properly afterwards.
